About our Jewelry: Peace Unique provides the highest quality sterling silver beaded jewelry. The silver we use is .925 sterling, the crystal is the exclusive Austrian Swarovski crystal, the pearls are freshwater pearls and the stone beads we use are the highest quality semi-precious stones. Due to the unique nature of each piece of jewelry we make, we reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary. We will substitute certain sterling or stone pieces while maintaining the same high quality and consistent look of the piece. The majority of Peace Unique jewelry is designed by Katie Janoch with the exception of a few pieces that are represented from other artists because of their unique quality.

Payment: We accept Mastercard and Visa.  We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please note however, that if you are paying by personal check, shipment will be delayed until after the check clears, which normally takes 10 days. Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00.  Orders totaling $149.99 or less ship for $5.00 per order. Most orders will ship within 3 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of custom order products. We normally ship using USPS First Class mail, but an upgrade to Priority Mail is available for an additional charge. We also are able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO and FBO addresses. International purchases are shipped using USPS First Class International. Priority International is also available for an additional charge. International shipments may also be subject to customs and duties which are the responsibility of the buyer. All custom forms will be filled out with the price that you paid for your item(s).

Taxes: Ohio customers are subject to a 6.75% sales tax.

Returns: We guarantee the craftsmanship of each piece of jewelry we sell and stand behind that guarantee. We will accept returns for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, provided the piece of jewelry is returned in its original unworn condition. We’re sorry, but due to the custom design of Mother's bracelets and Birthstone bracelets, all sales are final. Repairs: Though we guarantee the highest quality of each piece of jewelry we sell, we also realize accidents happen in life. Therefore, we are happy to fix or replace if necessary any piece of Peace Unique jewelry for an additional service fee.
